This property is situated in the hills in a quiet location 10 minutes drive from the village of Guajar
Faragüit. It is accessed by good quality concrete track with the exception of one small section (approx.
100m) of dirt track which is uneven but passable with a normal car. The property has private parking with

All bookings require a deposit of 125 euros per rental week, payable at the time of reservation. This
deposit is non-refundable. The outstanding balance for the rental period must be paid no later than 4
weeks prior to the start of the rental period.
For bookings made within 4 weeks of the start date of the rental period, full payment is required at the
time of reservation.
This property also requires a refundable security deposit of 250 euros, to cover damage and breakages
beyond reasonable wear and tear.
