traditional white-washed Andalucian village set in the heart of the Guajar mountains. There are excellent

Accommodation Description

Bedrooms:

Master bedroom with en suite bathroom and door to pool area;
Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds and door to pool area;
Bedrooms 3 and 4 with double beds.
Cot available on request.

Bathrooms:

2 tiled bathrooms with shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin;
Separate WC with wash basin.

Kitchen:

Open plan rustic kitchen with gas cooker and hob, fridge/freezer,
microwave and grill, and washing machine. Fully equipped with crockery,
utensils and other electrical appliances.

Living area:

A stylish living area with a built-in Moorish style sitting area, wood
burner, TV and compact disc player; a separate dining area with dining
for four people and an adjoining conservatory with additional dining for
four people.

Outside area:

Gated entrance with private parking area. Secluded swimming pool with
outside shower. A number of outside sitting areas and a large terraced
garden with a variety of mature tropical fruit trees. Clay oven and BBQ.

Rental Prices

Low and mid season:

989 euros per week.

High season (Easter; 1 July - 24 July;
23 August - 31 August):

1104 euros per week.

This property is also available on a B&B basis at a cost of 35 euros per room per night with the option of
lunch and evening meals at an additional price. Please contact us for further details.

The prices below are for the property per week and include a welcome pack. Maximum occupancy 8.
people.

Bookings

Towels and linen are provided. The property is cleaned and the towels and linen changed prior to each
rental.

Access

This property is situated on the edge of the village. It has a gated entrance with private parking. For
further information regarding distances to airports, local beaches, golf courses, etc. please visit our

All bookings require a deposit of 125 euros per rental week, payable at the time of reservation. This
deposit is non-refundable. The outstanding balance for the rental period must be paid no later than 4
weeks prior to the start of the rental period.

For bookings made within 4 weeks of the start date of the rental period, full payment is required at the
time of reservation.

This property also requires a refundable security deposit of 250 euros, to cover damage and breakages
beyond reasonable wear and tear.

Payments can be made by bank transfer or by sending a bankers draft. All payments are in EUROS
