Bedroom 1 with double bed and built-in wardrobe.

Bathrooms:

Ensuite showeroom, tiled with walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin.

Kitchen:

Open plan kitchen and dining room with electric oven and hob,
fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Fully equipped with
crockery, utensils and other electrical appliances. Dining for 4 people.

Living area:

Split level living area with sofa bed and a built-in Moorish style sitting
area with satellite television, stereo and wood burner.

Shared outside areas:

Jacuzzi with water feature which is set into a cave and adjoins an inner
patio with a small fountain, Moorish sitting areas and an outside
changing area with shower, toilet, wash basin, washing machine and
ironing facilities. In addition, a large 100m2 shared roof terrace with two
pergolas, sun loungers, hammocks and BBQ area.

Bookings

Towels and linen are provided. The property is cleaned and the towels and linen changed prior to each
rental.

Access

This property is situated in the centre of village. It can be accessed within 25m by car and on street
parking is available within 50m of the property. For further information regarding distances to airports,
local beaches, golf courses, etc. please visit our Location page.

All bookings require a deposit of 125 euros per rental week, payable at the time of reservation. This
deposit is non-refundable. The outstanding balance for the rental period must be paid no later than 4
weeks prior to the start of the rental period.

For bookings made within 4 weeks of the start date of the rental period, full payment is required at the
time of reservation.

Payments can be made by bank transfer or by sending a bankers draft. All payments are in EUROS
