walking distance of the local bars, restaurants and shop. Guajar Alto is a typical white-washed
Andalucian village set in the heart of the Guajar mountains. There are excellent hiking routes, local river

Accommodation Description

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 with twin beds, wardrobe and private balcony;
Bedroom 2 / second living area with sofa bed, table and chairs for 4
people and built in wardrobe.

Bathrooms:

2 bathrooms, tiled with walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin.

Kitchen:

Open plan kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and washing
machine. Fully equipped with crockery, utensils and electrical appliances.

Living areas:

Open plan kitchen-lounge-diner with sofa, rocking chair, dining for 4
people, wood fire and television.

Outside areas:

Covered roof terrace with pergola and valley views.

Rental Prices

1 March - 30 June (excl. Easter);
1 September - 31 October:

300 euros per week.

1 July - 31 August;
Easter:

400 euros per week.

The prices below are for the property per week, maximum occupancy 4 people.

Bookings

Towels and linen are provided. The property is cleaned and the towels and linen changed prior to each
rental.

Access

This property is situated in the centre of village on a small square and can be accessed by car. Parking is
available in the square outside of the property. For further information regarding distances to airports,
local beaches, golf courses, etc. please visit our Location page.

All bookings require a deposit of 125 euros per rental week, payable at the time of reservation. This
deposit is non-refundable. The outstanding balance for the rental period must be paid no later than 4
weeks prior to the start of the rental period.

For bookings made within 4 weeks of the start date of the rental period, full payment is required at the
time of reservation.

Payments can be made by bank transfer or by sending a bankers draft. All payments are in EUROS
