in good condition built on 2-storeys with a large covered porch, swimming pool, private parking and
garden overlooking the village of Guajar Alto. This property offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large
lounge, dining room, separate kitchen and a built-in BBQ area. It is situated in the centre of the village
overlooking one of the main squares and is within 1-2 minutes walking distance of the local bars,
restaurants and convenience store. Guajar Alto is a typical white-washed Andalucian village set in the
heart of the Guajar mountains. There are excellent hiking routes, local river and natural swimming holes

Accommodation Description

Bedrooms:

3 double bedrooms;
1 single bedroom with built-in wardrobe.

Bathrooms:

2 bathrooms, tiled with shower, toilet, bide and wash basin.

Kitchen:

Fully-fitted kitchen with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer,
dishwasher and washing machine. Fully equipped with crockery, utensils
and electrical appliances.

Living areas:

Large lounge and spacious dining room with seating for 6 people, with a
sofa and 2 armchairs in both rooms, open fireplace, national and satellite
television and video player.

Outside areas:

Large covered porch overlooking the village with table and chairs, built-in
BBQ and preparation area, swimming pool, garden and private parking
area.

Rental Prices

Low season:

360 euros per weekend;
540 euros per week;
1000 euros for 15 days.

High season (following Easter up to 15
September):

570 euros per weekend;
760 euros per week;
1200 euros for 15 days.

This property requires a reservation deposit of 35% and a security deposit of €100 which is
refundable providing there are no damages or breakages.

The prices below are for the property, with a minimum occupancy of 9-10 people.

Bookings

Towels and linen are provided. The property is cleaned and the towels and linen changed prior to each
rental.

Access

This property is situated in the centre of the village and can be accessed by car. Private parking is
available outside of the property. For further information regarding distances to airports, local beaches,

All bookings require a deposit of 35% of the total rental price, payable at the time of reservation. This
deposit is non-refundable. The outstanding balance for the rental period must be paid no later than 4
weeks prior to the start of the rental period. A security deposit of €100 is also required, which is
refundable following the rental period providing that there are no damages or breakages.

For bookings made within 4 weeks of the start date of the rental period, full payment is required at the
time of reservation.

Payments can be made by bank transfer or by sending a bankers draft. All payments are in EUROS
