communal outside space, a swimming pool and patio areas. This property offers 2 bedrooms, 1
bathroom, kitchen and separate lounge. It is 5 minutes from the village by car and 15 minutes on foot.
Guajar Alto is a typical white-washed Andalucian village set in the heart of the Guajar mountains. There
are excellent hiking routes, local river and natural swimming holes all within 10 minutes of the village.

Accommodation Description

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 with double bed, built-in wardrobe and television;
Bedroom 2 with twin beds and built-in wardrobe.

Bathrooms:

Family bathroom, tiled with shower, toilet, bide and wash basin.

Kitchen:

Kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
Fully equipped with crockery and utensils.

Living areas:

Lounge with sofa, dining table and chairs and open fireplace.

Outside areas:

Good-sized swimming pool, patio area with table and chairs and a large
bbq, all shared with two other adjoining rental chalets.

Rental Prices

1 July - 31 August;
Easter and Christmas:

510 euros per week.

Rest of the year:

300 euros per week.

The prices below are for the property per week, maximum occupancy 4 people.

Bookings

Towels and linen are provided. The property is cleaned and the towels and linen changed prior to each
rental.

Access

This property is located just beyond the village outskirts above Guajar Alto. It is 5 minutes from the
village by car, accessed by a good quality dirt lane, passable with a normal car. Parking space for several
cars is provided for outside of the property. The village can also be accessed by foot, using local walking
paths. Walking time between the property and the village is approx. 15 minutes.

All bookings require a deposit of 125 euros per rental week, payable at the time of reservation. This
deposit is non-refundable. The outstanding balance for the rental period must be paid no later than 4
weeks prior to the start of the rental period.

For bookings made within 4 weeks of the start date of the rental period, full payment is required at the
time of reservation.

Payments can be made by bank transfer or by sending a bankers draft. All payments are in EUROS
