Family bathroom, tiled with walk-in shower, toilet, bide and wash basin;
Ensuite bathroom, tiled with walk-in shower, toilet, bide and wash basin.

Kitchen:

Open plan kitchen with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and
washing machine. Fully equipped with crockery and utensils.

Living areas:

Spacious lounge and dining area with sofa, rocking chair, dining table for
4 people, open fireplace and television.

Outside areas:

Large garden with swimming pool and patio table and 4 chairs, and
swinging seat.

Rental Prices

15 June - 15 September;
Easter and Christmas:

400 euros per week.

Rest of the year:

350 euros per week.

Bookings

Towels and linen are provided. The property is cleaned and the towels and linen changed prior to each
rental.

Access

This property is situated on the village outskirts and can be accessed to within 10m by car. Parking is
available within 10m of the property in the church square. For further information regarding distances to

All bookings require a deposit of 125 euros per rental week, payable at the time of reservation. This
deposit is non-refundable. The outstanding balance for the rental period must be paid no later than 4
weeks prior to the start of the rental period.

For bookings made within 4 weeks of the start date of the rental period, full payment is required at the
time of reservation.

Payments can be made by bank transfer or by sending a bankers draft. All payments are in EUROS
